Q 1. What are some things you do to help make habit change more permanent?
Resolving blocks is important but it’s not always enough. That’s why I offer future proofing, which is what we’ll do to prevent problems in the future. Future proofing will be tailored to your needs.
For example, if stress really affects your habit, we’ll address stress. If something else affects your habit, then we’ll address that. If you always take care of others before taking care of yourself, then we’ll address that. By tailoring the program for you, we create more permanent success.
Q 2. What’s the number one reason someone doesn’t succeed in your program?
The client didn’t follow all the steps. So please, follow all the steps for best results.
Q 3. Don’t other people have programs that are faster and cheaper?
Yes. Any decent hypnotherapist can help you with a habit or health issue.
What I offer is a more carefully crafted, more complete approach. My program takes more time, because I want you to have permanent success. And during the program, you’ll be learning self-hypnosis and practicing it daily for faster and deeper results.
Q 4. How many sessions does it take to change a habit or help with a health issue? How much does it cost?
Most people usually only need a few sessions. But people with complex issues may need more.
There are awesome in depth specific programs for key goals like

· One session at a time = £80/hour.

- 6 session package: 1 x 2 hour initial startup session and 5 x 90 minute appointments at regular intervals considered to be the most beneficial to your needs
Programmes for life transformation and momentum
Suitable for more intensive work on one or two areas or more generalised coaching or therapy to work and have ongoing support through major life changes and transformative goals.
- 3 month programme: 1x2 hour initial start-up session and 9 x 60 minute appointments at regular intervals considered to be the most beneficial to your needs
- 6 month programme: 1x2 hour initial start-up session and 16 x 60 minute appointments at regular intervals considered to be the most beneficial to your needs
- Intensive sessions of 4 hours or a whole 7.5 hour day are offered if you would like a more intensive programme to help you overcome your particular issue. This is especially useful for when time is of the essence, or for when repeated travelling is inconvenient.
Typical Individual Standalone sessions
- Initial Startup Session: The initial appointment is usually 2 hours. This session includes a detailed consultation as well as the first stage of therapeutic work. In this way you are able to experience positive changes from the time of your first session. All sessions are specifically tailored to your individual needs.
